Scott Layden I got your back

Forget Willis, Red, Walt and Bradley...Forget Ewing, Starks, Checkets, Grunfeld, Riely, Mason...Isaih Thomas has done the impossible...hes made us look back at the Scott Layden era as the "not so bad days"...Now I'll agree when Layden left I swore I could not hear about another players "work ethic" or "high charcter" in regards to signing free agents and making trades. Kieth Van Horn is a real "team player", Kurt Thomas's "work ethic" is an example for all, Michael Doleac is a real "high charcter guy"....But now I realize that we have replaced Laydens empty words with Isiah's...Thomas just chooses different words to hammer home his points, words like "talent" and "athleticism"...Eddy is a "great talent", Tim Thomas has the "athleticism" to excel...blah blah blah...If we are forever doomed to be terrible I would rather do so with a nice red skinned morman (Doleac), a jesus freak (Charlie Ward) and a guy who PLAYS not talks tough (cock eyed Kurt)...Instead we have these pompus embaressments who humilate us both on and off the court...

I guess what I'm basically saying is I would rather take 12 guys playing hard and overachiving despite lack of "talent and athleticism" then I would 12 bums with tons of talent, tons of ego and no wishes to improve their defense or play the right way...

I mean I can't belive I just wrote a post supporting Scott Layden and I truely do believe he had a chance to keep the knicks competitive if he had just kept Ewing and not run the Glen Rice to Shandon Anderson and Eisly debacle then they could have signed some free agents...blah blah blah...still Isiah is a prick, he bet all his eggs on a prick (marbury), then in desperation traded for a prick (francis)...ugh...still pumped for tonight...

Found my collection of old basketball cards yesterday, thought I would share some shots from the most honerable knicks teams of the 90s.

We miss you big man.

This is Petra, and she's really fly.

Supposedly this is the dancer Isiah / MSG paid to flirt with Referees. Who knows if this is true (it came out after this whole harassment case, and right now any money hungry female garden employee is planning a case against MSG...but i wouldn't doubt it.). Good job Isiah.
Stephon Marbury recently opened up a custom car company, called Star-Motoring, featuring a Phantolade. Actually looks kinda dope.

This guy is supposed to lead the Knicks to a NBA title?
